Above all, “Sans Façon” (meaning without fuss), is the way in which
we welcome you to the Brasserie.
And it’s also unpretentious but with a lot of love and passion
that we create our recipes to help you discover varieties of
flavors throughout the seasons.
At Sans Façon, we like the mixture of genres and through our
recipes we explore both historical styles and new styles.
To make your mouth water, here’s what we particularly like
and that we want to share with you:
- IPA variations: NEIPAs, IPAs of all colors,
SESSION, all with moderate bitterness and aromatics in
power. And always lots of freshness!
- Fruit beers: in varied and gourmet styles we use
French fruits, seasonal fruits and fruits that you may
rediscover....
- Spiced beers: the range of possibilities is also very wide, and
we like to combine malts and hops with spices that enhance them
taste. We are a bit like in the kitchen, that’s good, it’s our
old estate.
Finally, our little touch is to pay homage to our language
French that we love so much and thus name our beers with words or
expressions from our region.
