Passionate about the brewing of beer and the vinification of sweet mead, I had very early the desire and the curiosity to bring together these two worlds so close that yet everything opposes. From this meeting were born the Braggots proposed by Bee King.
From the mixture of these brewing practices and my passion for honey and its natural benefits, it was quite natural to also develop recipes for honey beers, more commonly referred to as Braggot, whose concentration of honey, commonly encountered, varies between 30 and 70% compared to the dose of malt used. The original idea of Bee King was born in 2020 and is committed to offering quality products to fully satisfy its customers.
