“Fauve” Amber Beer 5.5% 33CL or 75CL

Hops: Nugget, Strisselspalt. Long beer on the palate with an intense caramel finish. Moderate bitterness with significant roundness in the mouth. The griffon vulture was reintroduced into the Jonte gorges in 1981. From our brewery, we can observe these large birds with tawny reflections.
