We created Les Copains Gourmands in March 2020, with the mission of bringing homemade yogurt back to all tables in France, while guaranteeing traditional flavors and respect for our planet.
Who says yoghurt, says lactic ferments, these small beneficial bacteria which transform milk into yoghurt, which I went to seek at the source, in their country of origin, Bulgaria. Thus was born Fernand le Ferment, the first 100% natural, 100% authentic lactic ferments with 0% additives.
