Humus

In my native Orient, hummus smells of lemon and garlic. A scent that I have never found in the many hummus that exists in the trade ... Wanting to find these flavors of my childhood, I launched myself and I created this recipe which reminds me of my mom's delicious hummus. Here, no cheating, we do not use oil to increase the volume of the product to the detriment of its taste.
