Our Blond Chocolate bar with Pure Butter biscuit pieces is the result of a collaboration with our fellow Chocolatier Jérémy Breuzin. This unique recipe combines the crunchiness and deliciousness of our biscuit with the sweet caramelized notes of blond chocolate. Blond Chocolate is made from caramelized white chocolate. The process of its manufacture gives white chocolate a shade of brown that is similar to caramel. This tablet combines know-how and deliciousness thanks to LES DEUX GOURMANDS Caramel biscuit pieces.
