Summer Beaufort

Made from June to October, our Beaufort is the flagship cheese of the Savoyard mountains. It is recognized by the concave heel of its rind and will please you with the complex and fruity aromas of its paste. Ideal candidate for Savoyard fondues, it is also essential as an aperitif or on a platter.
