At a time when more than 80% of cheeses are made by manufacturers, we created Les Nouveaux Fromagers 7 years ago to promote the producers and the products that make cheese one of our national pride.
Our range gives pride of place to raw milk cheeses and farm-produced cheeses, with producers who own their own animal herds. All our cheeses are delivered directly from our producers to our maturing cellars in Arras where we pamper them to deliver them to you at their optimum consumption.
Our cheeses are delivered to you directly in portions packaged under our Les Nouveaux Fromagers brand, with a guaranteed minimum fixed weight and manual packaging as at a cheese maker.
