Our date sugar (or date powder) is obtained by grinding and sieving dried and pitted organic dates of the Deglet Nour variety. It has a natural sweetening power, composed of 100% organic dates. An excellent alternative to replace refined sugars and add new flavors to your preparations while taking advantage of the vitamins and minerals of dates. Our organic, unrefined and untreated date sugar. It is not solvable. It naturally sweetens with a lower glycemic index.
