Deglet Nour means “finger of light”. The “queen of dates” is offered here in its “ready to bake” version! From the palm grove to you, our packaged dates benefit from the same care as their big sisters “Extra Selection”. Most of them come from the same exceptional terroirs, and come from the same trees. After picking, the dates are lightly steamed at low temperature, pitted by hand then transformed into paste and packaged in blocks. Our date paste has no glucose (no addition, not even sugar), it is natural, authentic, healthy. A treat for baking and natural snacking! This product is suitable for stores with rear service, or for artisan processors, cooks and pastry chefs.
