For more than 30 years, we have been working for local development and the promotion of fair, respectful and responsible organic agriculture in Cameroon. Thanks to this fair trade sector, created to offer you different fruits typical of the country, we present here the local wild mango: small emerald-colored fruits with an unrivaled scent, reminiscent of apricot, pineapple, peach, rose. Despite its low yield, we have chosen to distribute this delicious and unfairly overlooked variety to preserve the country's biodiversity. The local drying workshop takes care of fruit collection, processing, organizes training, helps small producers to better promote their harvests and makes available the development fund paid through your purchases, the use of which is decided democratically by the beneficiaries themselves. Each piece is equivalent to half a mango, picked perfectly ripe, and dried as quickly and at the lowest temperature possible. Beautiful orange color, concentrated fragrance, flavor balanced between sweetness and low acidity, are thus preserved for greater pleasure... Very fragrant wild local variety, a real delight!
