
We have selected delicious figs typical of the Kalamata region, where they enjoy an ideal Mediterranean climate, with very hot summers and mild winters. Filled with the Greek sun, they reach their perfect maturity before being delicately harvested by hand. Our figs are then dried in the sun using the traditional method which brings out the typical aromas of the Kalamata region, without harming their properties (particularly rich in fibre and potassium). They are distinguished by their creamy pulp and captivating aroma, offering a unique taste experience, with a slightly less sweet flavor (compared to other varieties and origins of figs). We have chosen to offer this product in bulk to reduce packaging and encourage more responsible consumption. By opting for bulk, let's take a further step towards a sustainable future!
