NEW - Artisanal black cherry jam 325g

For our cherry jam we chose the suave sweetness of black cherry. Particularly fragrant, it melts in the mouth like candy. Its very characteristic light kernel taste is absolutely delicious. Cooked in a copper cauldron from fruits selected for their flavor potential, our jams and jellies will be a delight for your breakfasts, desserts, snacks... Originally, as our name suggests, we were mainly dedicated to the processing of small red fruits. Even today they constitute our great specialty, and, as the Pyrenees oblige, wild blueberries and black cherries are still our essentials. However, any good jam maker must offer the great classics such as strawberry and apricot jams.... We have worked them in our own way so that their taste is also unique: very fragrant flesh of the Mara des bois variety.
