
For our strawberry jam we chose the power of Mara des Bois. Close to wild strawberries, it exudes a pronounced scent and its aromas on the palate are a true ode to sweet indulgence. Cooked in a copper cauldron from fruits selected for their flavor potential, our jams and jellies will be a delight for your breakfasts, desserts, snacks... Originally, as our name suggests, we were mainly dedicated to the processing of small red fruits. Even today they constitute our great specialty, and, as the Pyrenees oblige, wild blueberries and black cherries are still our essentials. However, any good jam maker must offer the great classics such as strawberry and apricot jams... We have worked them in our own way so that their taste is also unique: very fragrant flesh of the Mara des bois variety.
