Our mission
At Transfarmers, our mission is to create the everyday objects that we all need to achieve our ecological transition. Beautiful objects that simplify our lives and improve our footprint by transforming our chores into virtuous pleasures.
Our first product is the composter flowerpot. An invention that revolutionizes composting and allows all households to effortlessly and harmlessly eliminate 1/3 of their bins while feeding plants. On the same basis, combining design and natural sciences, the company develops products in the worlds of composting, saving resources (water, energy) and preserving biodiversity.
Our history
The starting point is the composter flowerpot that we created because it was missing in our daily lives. This project and the enthusiasm it aroused convinced us to change scale and put all our skills as agronomist, engineer and designer at the service of our mission. This is how Transfarmers was born!
Our engagements
Propose innovative, eco-designed, responsible solutions with a very specific goal: to live more in harmony with nature. Less high tech, no planned obsolescence. Simple to use objects that could last a lifetime and more, which would all have in common to be an alternative or a solution to preserve the environment, both in their design and in their use.
