Invalid walnut kernels (200g)

Walnut kernels of the Chandle, Fernor or Lara variety shelled in the cracking workshop on the farm then sorted to keep only the quarter kernels or invalid ones that are light in color and of excellent quality. The kernels are then immediately vacuum-packed for optimal conservation and to maintain a perfect appearance of the kernel. Quarter kernels have the same taste but are smaller than half kernels. They can be easily used in preparations to enhance dishes.
