Aging on lees then in stainless steel vats. Terroir: Silty-clayey sand, shales, limestone. Sustainable cultivation, HVE3 certified Tasting: The color is clear, brilliant, golden yellow. The nose is intense. Aeration brings out notes of citrus, kumquat then becomes more complex: with floral notes (elderberry and orange blossom), notes of fresh anise, pear and almond up to a perception of slightly candy acidulous. On the palate, the attack is frank and slightly sweet. Citrus aromas mingle with sweet floral notes. The finish is frank and refreshing, carried by light zesty but delicate bitters. A vintage full of balance, both rich and refined. Ideal: Enjoy in good company as an aperitif, or to accompany a seafood platter or with grilled fish, Mediterranean specialties, a creamy risotto or with a Brie de Meaux.
