Sarruga - Barley wine

Sarruga is a barley wine with a thousand facets, enriched by the use of fresh seasonal fruit at km0 which, combined with the strong alcohol content, gives a complex and meditative product.   Those who taste it will be able to embark on their own "path" of knowledge.   The BiSì project was created to pay homage to and, at the same time, underline the subtle boundary between the world of wine and that of beer.   Both made of 100% natural quality raw materials, both made of fermentation, maturation and life, but also very different from each other.
