Wild forest honey, unique and powerful, it is produced by our bees in the Dordogne in preserved ecosystems. It bears the mark of our rich southwestern terroir. We find in this honey notes of chocolate, vanilla and an inimitable bitterness at the end of the mouth which makes it a popular ingredient for pastry chefs and lovers of honeys with character. Honey to be stored between 15 and 22°c away from light
