Mullein mint

The mint will be very present on the nose, in the mouth it is the mullein which takes over to bring a honeyed taste. 

Mullein, or white broth, is a biennial wild plant. 

It has large hairy leaves located at ground level in the first year and in its second year a large stem of 1.50m to 2m grows with numerous yellow flowers. 

These are the latter that we use to make our white broth.

 Mint is a common analgesic but above all it stimulates digestion. 

Mullein, also known as white broth, considerably improves respiratory tract disorders.
