Cirò d.o.c. Rosé 2021

Rosé wine of a bright pink colour, it is obtained from vineyards of the "Gaglioppo" variety cultivated with saplings or low espaliers. With an alcohol content that can vary from 12.5% to 13.5% Vol, it is a wine with intense and persistent aromas. It is left to rest 3-4 months after the harvest and can maintain its characteristics even after 18 months. Gastronomic suggestions Ideal with white meats, appetizers, fresh cheeses and fatty fish.
