It is an intense ruby red wine, obtained exclusively from "Gaglioppo" grapes grown as saplings or low espaliers. With an alcohol content ranging from 12.5% to 13.5% Vol, it is a wine that rests for about 12-24 months after the harvest and can maintain its characteristics for several years.
