Going against the trend of more “geek” styles, here is our revisited version of this traditional Belgian style. Since our conversion from office life to beer, we sometimes like to go against what is expected of us. A little rye for more drinkability, an abbey-type yeast, and a hint of noble hops: the perfect recipe to savor while watching the flow of anonymous civil servants leaving the office.
