Zorb™ is the ideal absorbent material for children who wet heavily. This is because Zorb™ can absorb up to ten times its own weight in liquid. It also keeps moisture inside better than other materials! This effectively prevents the cloth diaper from leaking. It absorbs moisture up to 20 times faster than cotton, bamboo viscose or hemp. Why Zorb II™? You no longer have to choose between the pros and cons of the different absorbent materials used to make cloth diaper liners. Zorb II™ combines the properties of the best materials! Zorb II™ stays nice and soft even after many washes, even in hard water. The material is very breathable and skin-friendly, like bamboo viscose. It absorbs extremely quickly like microfiber, but does not release moisture when pressure is applied. The material is more tolerant of detergent additives which, over time, can cause microfiber to bead (lotus effect) and odor problems. Like hemp, it retains moisture very well. However, the material remains more beautiful in the long term (it does not become stiff and brittle). There is also no unpleasant odor when worn for a longer period of time, such as with night diapers. It washes easily and thoroughly and dries quickly like cotton.
