Our Juan Macías Selection Sliced Ham, (35 UNITS KNIFE CUT PACK) is hand-packed and vacuum packed in 80 GR sachets. It has been cured in Jabugo, cradle of the Iberian. It comes from pigs raised in the traditional way in the Dehesas de Aracena and Huelva cradle of the Iberian and fed naturally with herbs and cereals. So each piece is unique. It is an ideal product for the maximum enjoyment of the senses. It is an exquisite ham on the palate. Juan Macías Selection: Food: Cereals + Herbs + Wild Plants. Healing: 24 months. For optimal consumption we advise to keep in a cool and dry place. It can also be kept cold.
