Iberian acorn-fed ham, free-range and grain-fed, from hams with the Guijuelo designation of origin, at its optimum curing point and cut with a knife into fine shavings in the traditional way. It comes from free-range Iberian pigs fed on acorns and grass during the montanera period in the pastures of southwestern Spain and natural feed in the case of field-fed and fattened pigs, and cured by hand in drying sheds and wineries in Guijuelo. Vacuum packed in 100g sachets so you can enjoy it with maximum comfort and quality.
