HOW TO USE: - In bottles: add 1 scoop (or 2 level tablespoons) of product to one or more of the daily intakes. - In a glass: add 1 scoop (or 2 level tablespoons) of product dissolved in milk for breakfast and snacks. - In porridge (soft texture): heat 250 ml of milk and add 6 level tablespoons of product. Stir until obtaining a homogeneous porridge. The product has a characteristic cereal flavor. It is advisable to add crushed fruit such as banana, pear or apple.
