Wonder Platinum Blue-Violet Activator 10% is a creamy and viscous stabilized oxidant at 33 volumes containing special blue-violet pigments which are activated when mixed with the alkaline bleaching substances. Formulated to act in synergy with lightening products, bleaching powders and creams, to counteract/prevent unwelcome yellow-orange highlights and achieve a neutral blonde level in a single phase. Enriched with Inulin Complex to maintain the natural hydration of the hair and carry out a delicate action leaving the stem intact. It can be mixed with any bleaching product. The dilution ratio follows that of the bleaching or coloring product used.
