XVII to the colonies and returned to European ports with greater complexity and silkiness. \n \nMade from Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. After aging separately in their respective soleras for 12 years, the two wines are combined to age again in a 45-butt Solera located in the Sacristy of the winery. \n \nScore: Parker 96; Penin 91.
