Nosso 2020, white wine

Verdejo. \n \nThe elders of the Rueda area say that “it tastes like Verdejo from before”. Nosso was a turning point in the history of Bodegas Menade, a natural Verdejo, without the addition of sulfur either in the field (like the rest of our wines) or in the cellar, without sulfur or copper treatments. It is a wine that is conceived from the vineyard and with which they intend to express the meticulous work that we have carried out in the field for more than 10 years. \n \nNosso smells like the first day of harvest and damp earth. At dawn on the Castilian plateau, when the moist earth reminds us of childhood. Reminiscent of honey from bees, grape juice, natural. \n \n100% Verdejo, manual harvest (clay-calcareous and stony soils with abundant pebbles). 100% natural viticulture (no sulphur, no copper in the field, or sulphites in the cellar).
