White Wine Mâcon Chaintré Organic 2022 “THIBAULT”

Chardonnay made with Thibault on the label. When we met him, we wondered what radish, wheat and mustard were doing between his rows of vines ... The plant cover thus created helps protect the soil, it fixes the nutrients and promotes biodiversity. Here, in these 10 ha to the south-east of Mâcon, we are delighted to see many insects and birds again. The organic white wine that we make with Thibault reveals powerful aromas of fresh fruit and flowers. What also stands out is the mineral character and the elegant salinity that the terroir offers on this wine.
