The distillation is done in a copper still which gives it roundness and balance. 
A reduction is then carried out with pure water from the Gensac-La-Pallue spring. ( near Cognac). 
No additives (flavoring, sugar, glycocerol...)is not added. 
Each bottle is numbered. 
The 3 bottle labels are made from limestone and use a natural biodegradable glue.
