A fresh and tangy shortbread, with lemon from organic farming, pressed and zested in our workshop. It is prepared with 100% natural ingredients: AOP butter from Charentes, free range eggs from Loué, lemon zest and juice from organic farming, local flour, sugar, a touch of salt .
