Here is a pack that brings together our latest creations in terms of spreads. The name is not very elegant but it is the most effective way to introduce you to the new branch of Maison Jonquier. The selection made is based on the best sales of previous years and consumer feedback. Having learned how to succeed and adapt our Nougat, it was very natural that we began to explore other avenues in confectionery. Jam and spreads were very quickly part of the success stories. Especially with our Nougat cream. For the anecdote, this creation started from an April Fool's joke that worked too well. We announced that we had finally succeeded in making Nougat in Tube...and we received orders. It took us a year to come up with a cream that is easily reworkable, spreadable or edible with a teaspoon ;) In this pack you will find our leading product which has made a place for itself in the top sales alongside our oldest products with the Pâte Choco Hazelnut. More than 30% Hazelnuts, a chocolate, a praline that has retained its crunchiness...a delight that has conquered all consumers. Then we have the soft and sweet White Nougat Cream, then the Salted Butter Caramel Cream with a smoothness and a sweet taste revived by small touches of salt chips.
