By joining forces with the Beaune artisanal vinegar factory, we are developing a range of vinegars aged in oak barrels, made from rigorously selected and recycled noble grape variety wines, dedicated to lovers of quality ingredients. A combination of pinot noir vinegar and a maceration of blackcurrant & raspberry pulp, this vinegar will be a treat on a salmon tartare with fresh herbs. Store ambiently. A slight deposit is normal for a natural vinegar and does not affect its quality in any way.
