This organic thyme honey with a liquid texture is slightly acidic. Its fruity and sweet notes give it a powerful fragrance. All our honeys are 100% natural. They are cold harvested and unpasteurized. This honey is ideal for sweetening infusions and yoghurts. This honey is reputed to be an excellent vermifuge. It is a very good stimulant against fatigue recognized for its toning and invigorating properties. Thanks to its high content of phenols, it is a very good antiseptic.
