Acorn-fed Iberian chorizo

Bellota chorizo: BELLOTA Iberian chorizo is a sausage made with Iberian pork. These Iberian pigs are reared in the open air and in freedom, feeding on vegetables and acorns from the "BELLOTA" oak. The chorizo is seasoned with salt and Spanish "pimenton" paprika, which gives it its rusty color and a slightly fruity taste. It is then dried for at least 6 months. The artisanal production of Iberian BELLOTA chorizo gives this slightly spicy and fragrant flavor, a melting texture, a unique taste.
