Sliced Iberian acorn-fed chorizo

Iberian bellota chorizo is a sausage made with Iberian pork. Preservation preferably between 0 ° and 5 °. These pigs are reared in the open, feed on acorns of "bellota" oak. The chorizo is seasoned with salt and Spanish "pimenton" paprika, which gives it its rusty color and a slightly fruity taste. It is then dried for at least 6 months. The artisanal production gives this slightly spicy and fragrant flavor, a melting texture, a unique taste.
