The Torrencinas Iberian Chorizos are baked in our low humidity rooms for a few days to be subsequently preserved in traditional cellars without light for between 3 and 5 months. Made with the best meats of acorn-fed Iberian pig: Lean, Presa, Secret, fan ... and with a traditional formula. Approximate unit weight 1-1.5 kg Vacuum half-piece presentation.
