Discover our ORGANIC shortbread cookies made according to the traditional Languedoc recipe without butter and therefore without lactose! Historically in Languedoc and Provence butter is not present. The fatty substance in the recipes is provided by the oil. Our T65 flour (unrefined) is produced by the Sauret mill present in Montpellier in the Aubes district since the year of grace 1146. The mill makes its flour from wheat from western Occitania. Products certified ORGANIC, Without Lactose, Without Preservatives. Box of 12 sachets Best before 8 months. Store dry and cool.
