Our chocolate fondant is made in our laboratory, located in Chambly, from Guayaquil chocolate, making it slightly bitter with toasted notes. Its cocoa taste is powerful and enhanced by a hint of coffee and chestnut. The fondant will be put in the oven before tasting. Thawing instructions will be provided to you and are also presented on the product label.
