In 2008 Benoît Savary created a special flan, very creamy and with a good farm taste. It was a huge success, so much so that in 2011 the town hall of Beauvais gave it the title of "Flan Beauvaisien". The Savary flan becomes a local specialty.
In 2018, Paul Jaffré joined the bakery with the ambition of developing flan. Very quickly demand exploded. Building on this success, he joined forces and created Maison Savary, specializing in the flan trade. The company moved to Chambly and experienced very good growth, in two years the custard had been marketed in around fifty points of sale. Our mission is to pass on know-how, love for the land and good products.
