Max de Génie is the story of 2 great gourmets, Maxime and Eugénie, wishing to revolutionize the world of pastry making, so that everyone can make gourmet pastries at home without impacting their health. For this, we are developing preparations for organic cakes, without refined sugar and with a low glycemic index! The ingredients we use are rich in flavors (we use very original flours such as hazelnut, peanut or almond flours), and coconut blossom sugar. All our preparations are developed by ourselves, in a 100% artisanal way, to rediscover the pleasure of home-made, in less than 5 min of preparation!
All our preparations are also available in a 100% vegetable version, and can therefore be suitable for everyone's eating habits (lactose-free, egg-free, vegan ...)
The majority of our ingredients come from France, and for those who are not on our territory (chocolate, cocoa ...) they come from fair trade.
