Gojo is a young company from the Lyon region.
Our motto is eat better. Therefore, all our products are quality and organic. As soon as possible we work with small French producers. For the rest, we have many fair trade products.
The mixes were imagined and created in our workshop and allow you to enjoy yourself and easily cook recipes without gluten or lactose. We never use starch, only good flours (including several with a low glycemic index), almond powder, psyllium and seeds.

“When I discovered my intolerance to gluten, the first times were complicated and I had to review all my habits, all my recipes, all my ways of doing things.
This is often the case, we are lost when we have to eliminate gluten overnight and our morale is not always there.
Gojo was created to make life easier for all people like me, to help them, to show them that yes, we can continue to have fun.
So, GOJO means JOY in Esperanto.
