It was in 2015, in the heart of Yvelines, in Médan, a small village nestled on the banks of the Seine, that LES DESSERTS D'ICI was born.
Originally, it is the story of a childhood passion for gluttony... which turned into a professional retraining to trade Excel spreadsheets for an apron.
The pastry chef, Sophie, learned her skills at the Ecole Ferrandi then with great Parisian chefs before creating a PATISSERIE LOCAVORE.
The DNA of DESSERTS D'ICI is GOURMET based on LOCAL ingredients. This is why the CAKES, GINGERBREADS and SPREADS of DESSERTS D'ICI are prepared with traditional Yvelines flour, chocolate and praline from Hardricourt and with local fruits.
Without dyes, additives or preservatives but based on fresh ingredients above all.
