It was in 2015, in the heart of Yvelines, in Médan, a small village nestled on the banks of the Seine, that LES DESSERTS D'ICI was born.
Originally, it is the story of a childhood passion for gluttony... which turned into a professional reconversion to swap Excel spreadsheets for an apron.
The pastry chef, Sophie, learned her trade at the Ferrandi School and then with great Parisian chefs before creating a LOCAL PASTRY SHOP.
The DNA of DESSERTS D'ICI is GOURMET based on LOCAL ingredients. This is why the CAKES, GINGERBREADS and SPREADS from DESSERTS D'ICI are prepared with traditional flour from Yvelines, chocolate and praline from Hardricourt and with fruits from the surrounding area.
Without colorants, additives or preservatives but based above all on fresh ingredients.
