Proud of our local roots, we offer a range of soft and tasty gingerbreads, made from carefully selected ingredients, mainly from Occitan agriculture.
Our unique recipes feature Tarn honey, which makes up 50% of our gingerbread, as well as flour produced in Occitanie. All without eggs, for a natural and authentic texture.
