Re-Belle is a committed association from the Paris region that gives a second life to unsold fruit by transforming it into delicious artisanal jams. More than a brand, Re-Belle is a work integration workshop: we support people who are far from employment towards lasting professional integration by training them in particular in food processing professions.
Our jams are hand-made in our workshop, using fruit collected locally before it goes to waste. Le résultat? A range of gourmet, original and committed jams, with varied flavors: strawberry, peach, banana-grape, orange-apple-spice, plum-cinnamon, red fruits and many more.
Their authentic, slightly sweet and intensely fruity taste appeals to both individuals and food professionals.
Since our creation, we have:
- repurposed over 250 tons of fruit,
- produced over 500,000 jars,
- supported over 100 employees in their integration process,
- and raised awareness among over 8,000 people about more responsible eating!
