Re-Belle is an association whose mission is to create rewarding jobs for all by fighting against food waste. Established in Seine-Saint-Denis, Re-Belle has a work integration workshop which produces jams from unsold fruit and vegetables. Collected every week in Parisian supermarkets, these fruits arrive in the kitchen in Aubervilliers to be sorted, washed, cut up and potted by hand by employees on the path to professional integration. Re-Belle has 23 employees, more than 2000 jars of jam produced each week and more than 70 tonnes of fruit saved!
Prepared with 80% fruit and just enough sugar to become a jam!
