Anti-waste, fair trade, local and handmade jams.
Re-Belle is an association whose mission is to create rewarding jobs for all by fighting against food waste. Based in Seine-Saint-Denis, Re-Belle runs a work integration workshop which produces jams from fruits excluded from traditional distribution channels.
Collected each week from Parisian supermarkets and warehouses, these fruits arrive in the kitchen in Stains to be sorted, washed, cut and potted by hand by employees on the professional integration path.
Re-Belle in 2023:
- 41 people supported within the integration project,
- more than 76,000 jars of jam produced,
- more than 44 tons of fruit revalued!
Prepared with 80% fruit and just enough sugar to become a jam!
