Your chocolatier was trained by Jean-Christophe Michelet, two-time world champion of jam makers. He graduated with a BTM in pastry, chocolate, confectionery, ice cream and catering. On his CV, Anthony has renowned professional experience. The Recouvreur pastry shop in Nancy, Bourguignon in Metz and the Schmitt chocolate shop in Gérardmer allowed him to refine his know-how over 10 years. The latter is recognized for obtaining each year since 2010, the Golden Tablet from the prestigious guide of Chocolate Croqueurs, the equivalent of the Michelin guide for the best chocolatiers. Award 2010, 2015 and 2019 for the best chocolatiers in France.
