Our poppy seeds are gluten free. Blue to gray in color, the poppy seed is an oilseed. It can be eaten on certain special breads, pastries, or even aperitif biscuits. It gives a slight nutty taste. Poppy seeds are rich in minerals (iodine, magnesium, manganese, copper, zinc) and they are a good source of fatty acids. Origin: Türkiye
