Teff flour is an ancient grain originating from Ethiopia where it is used to make pancakes. It is resistant and requires little water to grow. Light brown in color, Gojo's teff flour has a slightly sweet taste that is close to nutty. It has a high protein content and is very rich in calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, vitamins A and B6 and dietary fibre.
